“Touch of Orange” is a 3x5” original gouache painting on 6x8” heavy-weight archival watercolor paper. The clean seascape painting is an excellent example of contrast. In this instance, it’s all about the small warmth at the horizon creating drama from the cool blues around it.
This piece was one of “100 paintings in 100 days” challenge from a bit ago. The exercise began as a daily painting challenge that I couldn’t stop when the month ended! I have some paintings remaining and am offering them at a special price.
